- Find the set and number. Bottom corner of the card (for example 4/102). The same Pokémon can be worth $1 or $1,000 depending on the set.
- Check the version. 1st Edition, shadowless, holo, reverse holo, full art and secret rare all price differently.
- Look at condition. Whitening on the back edges, scratches on the holo and off-center printing lower the price.
- Compare prices. Open the Gaming tab in CardScout to see market prices next to current eBay listings.
